SSL & HTTPS

What to check after enabling SSL

Check HTTPS, browser warnings, page assets and forms after secure access is enabled.

Before you check

SSL is included in SuperovoHost plans. Confirm the setup steps and certificate status in your service details or with support. This guide does not assume a specific control panel or certificate authority.

Check HTTPS

  1. Open the website over HTTPS

Enter the address with https:// and confirm that the browser does not show a certificate warning.

  2. Check key pages

Open the homepage and several important pages. Confirm that text, images and styles load.

  3. Check forms and assets

Submit a test form and confirm that internal assets load over HTTPS. A browser may report mixed content when some resources still use HTTP.

  4. Check redirects

If the site is configured to redirect HTTP to HTTPS, confirm that it reaches the expected page without a redirect loop.

Verify the result

  • Pages load over HTTPS without a browser warning.
  • Images, styles and scripts are available over HTTPS.
  • Forms work and the HTTP redirect is checked, if configured.
