RUE BelGIE is the State Telecommunication Inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. And it is this republican enterprise that registers sites in the Republic of Belarus. All Internet resources (sites) from July 1, 2010 must be registered in the State Register of Information Networks.
In accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 60 dated February 1, 2010 , based on Resolutions of the Council of Ministers No. 644 of April 29, 2010 all Internet resources (sites) located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus must be registered in the State Register of Information Networks, Systems and Resources of the National Segment global computer network Internet.
The amount of payment for state registration of information networks, systems and resources of the national segment of the global computer network Internet through the hosting provider SuperovoHost.com is 20 rubles. At the same time, this money is received by the registering authority, and not by us. We are an intermediary transferring money to this organization and the amount of payment may differ from other hosting services, depending on how much interest is charged by this or that system of payments and transfers.
On May 12, 2011, at a meeting of the House of Representatives, amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses were adopted, according to which a fine of 10 to 30 base units is provided for violations of the requirements of Decree No. 60 (article 22.16.)
