If you replenished the balance in your personal account, but did not use the funds
The return of unused funds is carried out if they are integral with respect to the replenishment (if you put 20 rubles, and spent only 10, the remaining 10 rubles will not be returned), if you did not use these funds, but simply replenished your personal account with them, you you can issue a refund within 7 days after replenishment.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are made from 1 to 30 days from the date of confirmation of the return.
